The accommodation comprises:

plate induction hob, a combination Microwave, oven and grill. An electric immersion heater can also
provide hot water. Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine.
Please note that knowledge of coal fires is essential (smokeless fuel provided).
Living room: Original smoked wooden beams, carpeted, open fireplace, extendable dining table and
chairs, cupboard with games, bookcase.
Sitting room: Carpeted and pine panelled, open fireplace, easy chairs, sofa-bed.
Landing area: Carpeted, writing table and chairs, fabulous views South and West. Radio/Mp3 (ipod
dock)/cd player.
Bathroom: Carpeted, cast iron bath and electric shower, airing cupboard.
Double Bedroom: Carpeted, wood panelled, bed side tables, cupboards.
Twin single Bedroom: Carpeted, original pine panelling, 2 large single beds, cupboards.
Garden: Drying green, spacious west facing cut grass area, wild rear garden a haven for wildlife,
intimate walled garden with blackcurrants and a stone-built shed with workbench and room for bicycles,
etc.

Pets are admitted if well behaved and kept in the downstairs area.
